This 2016 Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, is the culmination of two years of dedicated vineyard attention and nurturing. These grapes grew on a canyon hillside just a five-minute stroll from the mountaintop where Jacob dreamt of a ladder reaching up into the heavens. These Estate Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grow on terra rosa soil 850 meters above sea level in Israel's central mountain range. They've been vinified for ultimate quality in every regard: low yields, three weeks maceration on the skins, aging 20 months in 100% new French oak barrels. Aiming to provide wine lovers with a Cabernet Sauvignon that reflects the beauty and potential of the Juean Hills terroir, that stands with the great appellations of the world.
