Yamas is an extraordinary white Cypriot wine. The wine is produced from Xynisteri grapes, one of the most important and prolific wine varietals in Cyprus. The wine is very aromatic with flavors of stone fruit and citrus notes. Small amounts of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, or Muscat were added to elevate aromas and flavor. This wine is made to drink young and is perfectly balanced not to dry not to sweet.
