Handpicked and hand sorted grape selection coming from our best White Granache vineyards aged in French oak barrels for 6 months. A bright straw-yellow color. It has a subtle and elegant nose, where white and citrus fruits blend with the floral fragrance characteristic of aged wines made from White Grenache. On the palate, it surprises with its elegance, finesse, and length, thanks to a balanced acidity that brings great freshness. This harmonizes the aromatic intensity of white fruits (pear, apple) and citrus with a finish of herbs and anise. Its good acidity and minerality make it an excellent match for seafood; grilled or baked fish, such as sea bass, gilthead bream, or salmon; or white meats, like chicken. In general, it is ideal for light and Mediterranean dishes.
