The Pinot Blanc was sourced from a single vineyard in Anderson Valley. The wine was barrel fermented in with native yeast in neutral oak and aged sur lie for 5 months. Look for aromas of pear and buttercup backed with crisp acidity, baked apple and a slight salinity on the pallet.
