Sourced from the Upper Galilee, thought by many to be home to Israel's best vineyards, the grapes are carefully selected and only harvested at their perfect peak of ripeness and balance. In the winery, Shalom applies painstaking, spare-no-expense winemaking techniques to coax the very best flavors from the fermentation.
