BLUE C Adom is made from Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the Golan Heights. It is designed for easy drinking with almost any meal you can imagine—from barbecue to pizza and pasta. It sports hints of cherry and cola at its core, highlighted by herbs and a touch of smokiness. The name is inspired by our California wine—RED C— a geographical play on the English.
