Shiloh Legend II is a flavorful delight comprised of a excellent composition of Cabernet Sauvignon (70%),Sangiovese (5%) and Carignan (25%). Aged for 16 months in French oak, this red blend is marked by an opulent ruby color accentuated by plush hints of black fruit and a complex bouquet of tobacco, mint and other soft tone spices. Topped off by a well balanced and long finish. This wine ages well with time.
