The first kosher Gavi di Gavi! This famous Italian wine has clear straw-yellow color with characteristic greenish highlights. Fine bouquet, medium intensity, with an evident note of green apples, delicate hawthorn flower fragrance and a hint of aniseed. Well-structured, well-balanced with fresh, smooth and beautiful flavor. Serve this Gavi cool but not cold in order to appreciate its intense and varied bouquet.
