A boutique Bordeaux-style blend, rich in flavors. The grapes were carefully selected by hand from a vineyard in the Judean Hills. The wine was aged in fine French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine is full-bodied, rich in fruit aromas, balanced, fleshy, and very enjoyable to drink. The wine will continue developing and increase its complexity in the next few years. Varietals: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 12% Petite Sirah and 12% Petit Verdot
