The wine is a French-style blend, which consists of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, and 20% Petite Sirah from a single vineyard in the Judean Hills. The grapes were nurtured, selected, and harvested manually to ensure the best quality. The wine was aged for 15 months in dedicated French oak barrels, which has given the wine its style and flavors. The wine has a medium-full body, rich and complex aromas of black cherry and plum fruits, chocolate, and vanilla with a perfect hint of spices and medium long finish. The wine will evolve and increase its complexity during the next few years
