Yogev White is a harmonious blend of two noble grape varieties with each varietal putting its best foot forward. The Sauvignon provides a fresh, crisp and aromatic base on which the Chardonnay builds body, complexity and ripe fruit aromas, such as pear and melon. The best of both worlds meet in the form of one highly dynamic white wine. Pairs well with seafood such as ceviche, as well as breaded veal cutlets with potatoes. It is equally suitable for serving with soft cheeses such as Brie and aged Camembert.
