For Peraj Petita, Capcanes selects the best grapes from its indigenous varieties of Garnacha, Samso and Ull de Llebre. The grapes are harvested from ancient vines up in the mountains. Peraj Petita exhibits lively fruit and seductive aromas of red berries and cherry. It reflects the terroir and great varieties of the area. Pairs well with New York strip steak or lamb shanks braised in tomato broth.
