This acclaimed and award winning series fulfills the vision of the legendary founder of Carmel Winery in 1882. These aromatic, full flavored and refreshing wines, posses rich, balanced flavors, pairing well with Mediterranean cuisine and perfect for any shared moment of joy. Medium-bodied with balanced sweetness. A lightly sparkling white wine, for which the grapes were harvested specifically from mature vines which produce a low yield. The wine was fermented in a pressurized tank with the Charmat Method, rendering an aromatic wine retaining the variety's fresh character, reminiscent of tropical fruit and baked quinces.
