Herzog Five is a blend harvested from Paso Robles, Napa Valley, Alexander Valley, Santa Ynez and Chalk Hill regions of California. The flavors are bold, the notes of cassis provide wonderful balance and there's a wonderful old world structure to this Cabernet Sauvignon. Herzog Variations Five can age gracefully for 5-8 years when stored at 55-60 degrees.
