Odem Mountain, Odem Forest: Quite a usual blend for this young and easy-drinking wine. Mostly CabSav, with some Syrah and Nebbiolo. Likely unoaked, or with minimal contact. Dark cherry red towards purple, with on the nose strawberry and cassis jam, blackberry and cinnamon. Medium-bodied, this wine features ripe, juicy red fruits and plums along with hints of spices, candied cherries, medium acidity, with notes of raspberry jam and cinnamon on the medium finish.
