Our first Chenin Blanc was meticulously harvested early in the season to retain its acidity and aromas. This wine underwent partial aging in the finest oak barrels. Exhibiting a bright straw hue, this well-structured wine boasts aromas reminiscent of fresh spring flowers, guava, ripe citrus fruit, and Anjou pear. Medium-bodied, it delivers distinct notes of tart pear, lime, and minerality, presenting a mouthwatering acidity. The Shiloh Chenin Blanc culminates in a lingering finish with nuances of honeydew, green apple, and hazelnuts.
